Ice Sculpture Pro wants you to be satisfied with every purchase! File a RMA Request

We will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise within 90 days of order delivery date for store credit or refund.

For your convenience, the eligibility of products is listed on the Returns section of each Product Information page.

PLUS: Get FREE return shipping when you choose to return for store credit.

Process: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...

    Go to your My Account page and select My Orders.

    Locate the order for which the product was purchased.

    Select "Return" to Create RMA and follow instructions.

Two Convenient Ways to Return:

    Choose Store Credit: Receive FREE return shipping.

    Choose Refund: Must return the product at our facility. To get the refund

NOTE: Items must be, unused, in original packaging, and with all original product tags attached.

Will I be notified when my item return has been received?

Yes, you will receive an email notification from our Member Satisfaction Team indicating that your item has been received and the Merchandise Credit has been issued to your account.
