Terms and Conditions
The following terms are used throughout the Terms of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy and EULA and may be interpreted only according to the definitions given here. These terms are capitalized throughout these documents to indicate that they have been specifically defined.
Deliveries will be made 60-90 minutes prior to viewing/guest arriving. We endeavor to make all deliveries on time. Ice Sculpture Pro takes neither responsibility nor will we pay any compensation for lateness due to circumstances beyond our control including weather related delays, traffic and natural disasters. It is the responsibility of the customer; to insure a proper container is available to collect the water from the drip pan throughout the entire event, to supply ample power to the table for lighting and have a level - sturdy table ready for ice sculptures two hours before the event. Sculptures should not be set up in direct sunlight as this can cause honeycombing and cracking.
All invoices must be signed and returned to Ice Sculpture Pros driver following inspection and confirmation of receipt. ICE SCULPTURE PRO WILL NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR IMPERFECTIONS; INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO; INSCRIPTIONS, MISSPELLINGS, OR COLOR MATCHING ONCE AN INVOICE HAS BEEN SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT.
User: Anyone who uses the IceSculpturePro.com Site without becoming a Member.
All orders must be received 48 hours prior to event date.
Qualified Purchases: Purchases made by Members at IceSculpturePro.com by the Members clicking through the appropriate links on the IceSculpturePro.com website; through the Shopping Toolbar. A Qualified Purchase made by a Member ceases to be a Qualified Purchase if it is returned to the Ice Sculpture Pro Distributors. Ice Sculpture Pro is committed to excellence.

CANCELLATIONS:
We are limited in how many sculptures we can deliver at the same time: Once you have chosen your sculpture please double check all the details and return order form along with 50% down payment (nonrefundable) to hold your Event Date. The remaining Balance and any additional charge are due 30 days prior to the day of the event. If the order is cancelled before production has commenced 45 days, the cancellation fee will be 20% of the order value. If the order is a custom carving and production has already commenced at time of cancellation, the order must be paid for in full.

We will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise within 90 days of order delivery date for store credit or refund.
